On the southern-east side of Podstrana thou, there is a little picturesque town of Omis with Cetina river canyon. There, you can enjoy rafting, zip-line (for the brave ones) or sand beaches.
For the „Game of Thrones“ lovers, in the radius of only 15 km from Podstrana, there are 5 locations where the famous series were filmed.

I’ll name Klis fortress, Diocletians Palace in Split, small town of Zrnovnica, Kastel Gomilica and a little further a historic town of Trogir.
Trogir is the same distance as airport, about 25 km.

For the guests who don’t like to go far, yet prefer moderate action, Podstrana together with beautiful, small town of Stobrec on it’s west border will offer you just enough trill for the day and night life.
