There are two bedrooms (one has queen size bed with excellent mattress of memory foam, and other bedroom has two single beds with excellent mattress of memory foam).
In the living room are sofas which can also be used as sleeping beds for two persons. There is air conditioning unit. Led TV (standard channels and added 16 sports channels,  11 for children, 18 music, 24 film channels…….). WI-FI is free.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nescafe dolce-Gusto coffee machine with capsules, dishwasher.
Bathroom has bath tub, hairdryer, washing machine are also parts of standard equipment.

The outdoor area has a beautiful flower garden; here is also a large grill area, sitting table so you can enjoy your meals outdoor.The view to the island of Šolta spreads over tranquil Adriatic Sea.
The nearest way to the beach in Podstrana is a 300m long acclivity. The another way is circa 500m (5-7 min walking distance or less then a minute with the car).
