“Beach apartment Podstrana” is located literary on the beach….just few steps from the house to the beach. Located on the 2nd floor in the family house in Sv.Martin apartment consists 2 double bed rooms, kitchen, dining space and bathroom. All you need for a perfect holidays in Dalmatia is in one place.

Apartment can accommodate up to  4 persons. All in apartment is completely new so you can enjoy your stay in modern furniture.

Kitchen is equipped with useful kitchenware. Hence, suitable for family with kids or a group of friends.
Apartment is bright and sunny and provides all the necessary conditions for a pleasant Dalmatia holiday.
Furthermore, our guests have free parking, free wifi, clean towels and a grill on their disposal.
In front of the house there is an outdoor table. There, you can grill and dine outside, enjoying fresh air of the sea.
For any assistance you might need, hospitable owners will be happy to oblige.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Since only few meters from the pebble beach, this apartment is perfect for people who’d prefer not to use car.
Furthermore, restaurants, shops, markets and other facilities are very close. Literally on walking distance, the whole Podstrana beach promenade is on hands.

For the guests who’d like to see or do more, it is possible to hit regular local buses for Split.
Or, for instance, drive to Split or Omis in only 15-20 minutes.
Apart from merely swimming and sunbathing, we can arrange other activities on your request.
For example, visit to Split ancient city centre with Diocletian’s palace, Omis, Trogir and Klis.
Furthermore, we can arrange family trip by private boat to Islands across. In particular, we recommend trip to Brac island with regular or speed boat.

For fans of „A Game of Thrones“ it is possible to organize a tour of the filming spots in Dalmatia.
The tour includes following places where filming happened: Diocletian palace, Klis Fortress, Kastel Gomilica, Zrnovnica and Trogir.
All mentioned places are within half an hour driving from Podstrana.

From the land tours, we would also like to single out a whole day trip to Krka waterfalls.
