From home to the beautiful beach is only 2 minutes walk, on Obojena svjetlost beach there is a two coffee bar, fast food and you can buy ice cream.

The apartment is located on the ground floor has 60m2, two bedrooms with double bed and sofa bed in the living room for one person.
The house has a fireplace available to all guests, a terrace for sipping early morning coffee, or wine in the evening.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home.

The owners are living in the same house and they are on disposition for all guests all the time of their stay

If you come earlier or staying later, you can leave your bags in the apartment.
For our guests we can arrange transportation from/to airport

The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, no noise. Next-door neighbor is Museum of the Croatian Archaeological Monuments Mestrovic Gallery with the gorgeous garden.
Walking towards the center you can enjoy park Zvončac, the perfect place for children or Sustipan park as well as few excellent seafood restaurants in ACI Marina
Shops, supermarkets, the post office & ATM, cafes and bars are all nearby.

Walk among all the winners of Olympic medals from Split along the west coast promenade ending at Matejuska -the fishing port. Continue to promenade Riva with cafes and restaurants, act as a local and become a part of the Split spirit.
If you will be travelling by car, in front of the apartment there is a public parking. If you are not with a car you can catch a bus (at bus station on Riva, bus number 12)
