Luxury development completed in December 2019 hence everything in the house is brand new, modern and stylish.
House is a brand new property that has been designed primarily for holiday rentals.

HOUSE AND INSIDE AREA

The house consists 3 bedrooms (master room, double bed room and twin bedded room), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and pantry, dinning space and living room.

Sleeps up to 8 comfortably, perfect for a large family gatherings.
The large designer kitchen and dining space offers a natural light and views to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality kitchen appliances and essentials you will need during your stay- including a kitchen island and surrounding bar stools. Doors from the dinning space lead out to the terrace and garden outside. The dining area provides a great space to relax and enjoy mealtimes with family and friends during your stay. It also has a outside big table and up to 8 chairs.

Two bedrooms have double-size beds with comfortable mattresses, premium quality down pillows and duvets. Furthermore master room includes a Super-King size bed, with a television opposite. Master room also includes a dressing (walk-in) room and en suite bathroom. Third room have two single beds.

The living room has a large sofa bed (double size), very useful when you are a big group of people. Of course you can use the living room as the 4th bedroom. There is also nice coffee table and 65″ TV.
The total internal size of the ground floor is 170 sq meters. Outside area is additionally 1000 sq meters.
The house is also close to local amenities (grocery, market, restaurants). All is less then 5 minutes walking.

GARDEN AND OUTSIDE AREA

The garden includes an outdoor table and chairs, complete with a parasol, parking place and the central part of the garden is pool 9.5×3.7 meters. Trees and plants surround the pretty garden.

Finally, what is holidays in Dalmatia without a whiff of history? Outside in the garden is also small house called “Komin” or “Kamin”. There is a nice fireplace, sitting area and additional small toilet. Komin (or Kamin) holds a special place in history of all Dalmatian families. That was the central part of a tipical Dalmatian house and it was a main gathering place for the whole family, especially in the winter time, when all the other rooms were too cold.
