“Two apartments with private pool Podstrana” are located in a private house just 200m from the nice children-friendly beach in Podstrana. There are two separate units. Ideally vacation in Podstrana for 2 large families. The apartment on the ground floor is suitable for 4+1 people. It consists two double rooms, two bathrooms (one room is with the own bathroom), a kitchen and a living space. There is one air-condition unit.

On the first floor there is an apartment with the three rooms and one bathroom. There are two air-condition units.

Both apartments are with fully equipped kitchens. To summarize, in total there are five double bed rooms and three bathrooms.

Additionally, there is also nice outdoor pool area. In the foreground is a nice and clean pool. There is also nice sitting area, as well as grill place where you can enjoy your meals.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

The owner’s family lives at the top of the house but they do not use pool area.

Surroundings

As a result of our cooperation with Holidays-Dalmatia team, we offer help with organizing land and island trips. Split is also at very close driving distance. Local bus lines are very frequent.
Consequently, you can reach any desirable spot by car or bus in 20 minutes.
Split is transit center of Dalmatia. From its main harbor, it is possible to catch regular local ferries to all islands across.

A bit further to the south, you can visit Omis. Moreover, there are many sites reachable on foot. For example, it is possible to walk whole Podstrana to Stobrec and Zrnovnica river bank. There, you can visit the original Game of Thrones filming spots in Zrnovnica or sand beaches of Stobrec. On the slopes of Mount Perun, there is a folk attraction – the old Podstrana village. Over there, there are some old houses, hundred years old.

Since placed on higher altitude, from there you can enjoy breathtaking view of the sea and islands.
